The FAQ page is a list of common questions that others have asked in the past. You should check the FAQ page going forward if you have a question/suggestion/bug. If you do not find an answer in the FAQ then try the Support page.
The Support page is a way to submit a feature request or trouble ticket. After you fill out and submit the form an email will be sent to you and myself. The email has a link to the ticket that you can track responses and progress. There is currently not a way to view all of the current tickets that have been logged but I hope to change that in the future.
